The Mediawiki gallery details link doesn't pass the lang parameter along in the details link.

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Go to File:2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.svg.
• Right click one of the language versions other than your browser default
• Open in a new tab.
• Observe how lang=xx it passed through as a GET parameter.
• Observe how the image appears in the language specified in the GET parameter.

• Go back to File:2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.svg.
• Left click one of the language versions.
• Press right until you see one of the localized versions in the preview.
• Click More Details.

What happens?:

• lang=xx parameter was not passed through as a GET parameter
• The SVG is not localized on the landing page.

What should have happened instead?:

• lang=xx parameter is passed through as a GET parameter
• The SVG is localized upon the landing page.
