While looking into T331671 (to confirm all campaigns had the correct type) I noticed this.

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Be a CentralNotice administrator
• Navigate to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralNotice
• Go to "Add a campaign" section, select settings including a non-default "Campaign type"
• Select "Submit"
• Go to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralNoticeLogs

What happens?:

• Other settings are included in log of campaign creation, but Campaign type is not

What should have happened instead?:

• Campaign type is included in log

Note that changing the campaign type later is correctly logged.
