Steps:

On any wiki go to Special:Notifications page
Expand both side menus - Main menu and Tools menu, i.e. click on move to sidebar
Start making a browser screen smaller - at the width less than 1300px, the Tools menu starts overlapping the content of the Special:Notificaitons page, see the gif below:

Note: I re-checked Special pages related to Growth projects (Special:Homepage and Special:Special pages Growth tools section) - all works as expected
