I have made a suggestion to add a marker for TemplateData that forces a template to be always substituted ( https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:X713ii14s1xz1csk ).

When translating a page from another Wikipedia, using the Content translation tool . The page of the example, translated a list about batteries and included a lot of links to battery types. It would be ideal automatically include the article name as the label in the article (this is, the link in the list to [[:es:Pila de zinc-carbono]] this way [[:es:Pila de zinc-carbono|Pila de zinc-carbono]], instead of to the automatically proposed [[:es:Pila de zinc-carbono|Zinc@–batería de carbono]].

I tried to help to fix the bug with ideas.

I suggest you or anybody as Assignee. It is time to name for an assignee (Amire, other..) for credibility. We can beging with this Wikipedia (and add Wikidata and other projects). It must divided in three task and one common task. I am interested in Global Templates. TemplateDate for every (global) template can be used in Wikidata. And translation tags (as in Mediawiki) for translations. Test.Wipiedia.org can be used for tests. Time to begin or create another task with other authors, workers, assignees. No more
procrastination.

there are a a few problems

1. The dialog obscures the actual equation
2. The dlalog is too small to see the whole source text of the equation

This could be solved the making the dialog, moveable and resizeable.
