@jsn.sherman Looks like they were indeed the old duplicates. I have removed them from the DB, so I hope there are no more errors. I'll put this in QA for today and will resolve again tomorrow if there are no more incidents.
Since this is in mediawiki-core and I noticed we only highlighted certain classes within the include directories, are these the only relevant classes or just the ones that we wanted to highlight as extra important?
Let me investigate to see if they're the same duplicates and I'll get back to you.

Taking a look... I only see data from May onwards for link events, but I do see Total links from April onwards. This makes sense since we added this collection on February of this year, although I find it strange that we don't see data from March and April on link events.

There is also relevant code in: ./includes/changes.
Descriptions of some files:
- RecentChangesUpdateJob.php is in charge to purge the recentchanges table that are older than MainConfig.RCMaxAge.
- RecentChange.php is the utility class for creating and getting recent changes.
- ChangesList.php is a class that will format recent changes, related changes and watchlist. This class builds HTML and adds CSS to Recent Changes
- EnhancedChangesList.php also builds HTML, adds CSS to Recent Changes, and will additionally use JS.
