    We are Hiring, Game Developers!!! You’ve been in the video games industry for a while, haven’t you? Wanted to create amazing games but all you’ve ever been tasked to do is make clones one after another? Do you think it is quite enough now? Well then… Our startup just might be a perfect fit for you! But before you apply, make sure that you can: -Rapidly prototype features and systems. Quick and dirty is what we are looking for here because we like to do rigorous pre-commitment testing. -Iterate on a single problem to find an optimal solution and to showcase design and interaction patterns. -Write your custom solutions and are not heavily reliant on existing templates. Build scalable, design-friendly, easily editable and expandable systems to facilitate better design. -Deliver to the demands of game design, and be sure that they will be aplenty. -Take ownership of the product you are working on. You won’t just be “doing a job”. You will be building YOUR games… you know! The thing you joined the industry for… -Assist the development process by contributing suggestions for improvements. Your voice is very valuable to us. -Assist with the hiring process for additional team members Required skills and qualifications: -Three or more years of experience in Unity 3D content development -Strong ability with C# object-oriented programming language -Experience with game assets (ex: meshes, animations, materials) -Experience in profiling and optimizing game and render performance (GPU and CPU) -Understanding of the UX design process, and experience working with the UX development team -Ability to identify errors and troubleshoot If you fit the bill, drop a CV at [email protected] Looking forward to our conversation then 🙂
