To order your tickets from Shades of Green, fill out their Advance Ticket Request Order form, and email it to [email protected]. A Ticket Representative will contact you for military status verification and your method of payment. You'll receive your tickets via email, which you can upload to your My Disney Experience Mobile app. You can also verify your resident status on the app before your visit too.
