I just installed the again on my new phone. Your app demands my location when your app doesn't seem to use it! I have to close 2 popup for location & notification every time i open the app .so I give in. I live in between 3 theaters I get 1 favorite at the top of list. The rest of the list is in alphabetical order. So I get to scroll down to the M's

Kept saying internal error. Updated the app, same issue. Finally got in and tried to buy tickets using Google Pay. Received an error message stating Googke Pay could not be used. Had to leave the app to attend to something else. Went back in to the app, and could not pick up where I left off. No tickets in purchase history or upcoming events. Looked at my bank account, and the charge was pending. Checked my bank today, and the charge went through. Still no tickets from MT.

This used to be a great app! However, I'll be sharing the same sentiment others have put: Internal Service Error! It is currently unusable. Things I tried: 1. Reinstall 2. Restart Phone 3. Clear Cache 4. Restart App multiple times Finally, I was forced to get my tickets on the website. I love Marcus Theaters, but I hope the app works again someday! Users beware!
