The app won't update, upgrade, there's no button to do this, it just sits there and does nothing, and I can't access my account to make payments until the app is upgraded on my Phone because the laptop app doesn't have a custom payment option, and I have over 100 payments to make, where I could make 1, 2, 3 or 4 payments as I see fit when the apps are loaded correctly! Until then I can't make a payment!

Easy to make payments but this app crashes my phone HARD. My phone ends up in a loop of turning off and on, not making it past the Motorola logo. I have to hold the power and volume button to hard restart it. I'm thankful I only have to use it every 2 weeks because of this. This is kind of a big issue that's been happening for over a year now.

Been using afterpay for years and I find it very useful but a few weeks ago I noticed afterpay plus on the app so I clicked on it to get some info and it automatically signed me up and charged me $10! I just wanted to see what it was. I managed to cancel it immediately but they still kept the $10 as it's a monthly payment. Also, why can't I get out of the app? Ever since I've had it installed, I can't just use the back arrow to close it. I have to minimise it then close it from there. Annoying!
