On the plus side this game is really addictive and fun compared to most idle games. I had even been a monthly subscription holder until recently, and its still a go to for me on a daily basis. On the downside, it is plagued by broken purchases, events that reset progress partway through, and unresponsive or slow to respond customer service. I've needed refunds at least four times in the last few months due to glitches. For now the best solution is to play free with no additional purchases.

I am editing my review, but still 1☆. The events used to be competitive. I could grind for a while, use my ad skips, watch a few ads, and land somewhere in the top 30. now, with the same gameplay, i can BARELY make it into the top 100. Since the change, the events are STRICTLY purchase based, and everything is overpriced. I'm going to pay attention for a couple events, and if nothing changes, I'm out.. and everybody I know that plays feels the same.

Great game. Love the levels and idling but the customer support option sucks, I've been screwed over in two events and haven't heard back from anyone. My progress on one got reset and I got first place in the second one but haven't received a reward. If I don't get help soon I'm deleting the game. You get one star until I at least get my first place rewards from the octo event. I watched too many ads for this.
