After being sorted into four teams Captained by professional celebrity dancers, performers and actors, contestants create and perform choreographed dances, solo exhibitions and go head to head in cyphers and battles. Genres of dance include: Locking, Krump, Hip-Hop, Popping and B-Boy as well as special performances of more cultural dances and genres like interpretive, Ballroom and Cha-cha.
