Gernot, a friend and novice penny stock trader, calls Karl to inform him that their investment in Adaka, an online persona, is at risk. Adaka is an upcoming artist and vlogger. Due to dwindling interest in her art, Adaka begins questioning her value and wonders if something more significant is happening. A work order for Karl and Lisa-Jo brings them to an abandoned apartment. When the two spread out to look through the home, Karl discovers a laptop full of unreleased videos by Adaka. Just as Karl and Gernot begin figuring out the mystery, their investment crashes, causing them to panic and desperately attempt to save any remaining money. See less
