Abstract

The authors report a case of primary adenocarcinoma of the bladder, a rare tumor that accounts for 0.5-2% of primary bladder tumors in a 69 years old male patient with a previous history of urothelial tumor that had been treated by TUR and intravesical chemotherapy. The tumor widely infiltrated adjacent structures and biopsy disclosed signet-ring cells. This condition was not amenable to treatment.
