Abstract

类风湿关节炎（RA）是危害我国人群健康的重大疾病，目前我国RA的诊治尚存在诊治延误情况严重、治疗规范程度低、达标治疗贯彻不足、疾病监测和慢病管理有待完善等诸多不足。《2024中国类风湿关节炎诊疗指南》就我国RA诊治中的10个重要临床问题，依据国内外最新文献证据，充分考虑我国RA诊治实际情况，进行了循证医学推荐，特别是对病情评估、制定治疗方案的参考因素、药物选择和注意事项、药物减量策略等方面做出较大幅度的高质量的更新，望能提高我国RA的诊治水平和治疗规范程度，改善广大患者预后。.
