The sandstorm data in last 50 years and the quantitatively retrieved vegetation cover data
from NOAA/AVHRR NDVI data since 1981 in the east part of Northwest China, which
combined with calibrated detailed land-use data, were used to synthetically analyze the
ecological change feature and basic model, sandstorm frequency, duration, and threshold
