I have facilitated over 8000+ professional hours of evaluating labour competence in regards to mental and physical ability including disabilities in order to enable the right way forward for each individual throughout my career in roles as a coach, government agent, manager, UX Designer, Product Owner, Scrum Master and Team lead.
I always work with a roadmap and adjust accordingly when new information appears which I then assimilate into the roadmap to improve delivery. Regardless if it is as a consultant or in my private life.
I continuously add information each and every day by being my own driver in seeking out information to add to any current project or future one. I am a strong believer there is value in any information in every day life. Therefore, I analyse and incorporate any information that will increase value.
