Ashsiddiq Hussin, Click and Collect store leader at Lot One Choa Chu Kang. ~ Hello, I'm Ash and I love hiking! I joined Decathlon in March 2023 as a Retail Sports Specialist at Decathlon Sun Plaza and I recently got the opportunity to open our newest Click & Collect (C&C) store at Lot One Shoppers' Mall in August 2024! I decided to continue my journey through the C&C network as I find it fulfilling to be on the shop floor with my teammates serving customers and offering omni-channel support for them to get their favourite Decathlon products. 🤸 What has surprised me most about working in Decathlon is the zig zag career progression that is available. I really appreciate the opportunities for us to develop and move through different departments with training to prepare us for different roles, e.g. Retail to HR, Finance to Commercial. I'd like to inspire my teammates to grow and develop themselves as there are endless opportunities for all of us at Decathlon! 👔🥋🎽 My favorite Decathlon product is the Trekking Multi-Pocket Carry Bag Forclaz Travel.
