FAQ's

Which? currently receives a commission if a consumer buys a protection or insurance policy from LifeSearch having clicked from Which.co.uk. For this promotion, we are using a proportion of this commission to fund 50% of the John Lewis gift card with LifeSearch funding the other half. The balance of the commission paid to Which? helps fund our mission to continue as the UK’s consumer champion.

We want to encourage consumers to have the right protection in place for their needs whether that be life insurance, income protection, critical illness cover or private health insurance.

No, the gift card is only redeemable against the first insurance policy purchased via Lifesearch. If a member decides to purchase multiple insurance policies he/she will only be eligible to receive one gift card.

Which? already works with LifeSearch for our life and health insurance comparison services. We only work with reputable third-party companies and we go through an internal due diligence process before partnering with them.
