    Detroit — There might not be any player in the Tigers' clubhouse more relieved to see the calendar flip than reliever Beau Brieske. It had to be one of the more befuddling stretches of his career. “I went back at looked at my stuff from spring training, into the season at Triple A and from when I came up here, and this is the best I've ever pitched in my life,” he said. “There is no difference in my stuff.” And yet, there are 12 earned runs on his stat line in July, in just 12.1 innings. “Yes, there have been bad outings mixed in where I didn't execute at my highest level, for sure,” he said. “But at the same time, there have been days when I've gone out there and felt like I'm doing everything
