      Twilio Elastic SIP Trunking was degraded for 3 hours and 45 minutes between 01:21:29 PM PST and 05:07:06 PM PST on 09/03/2024. During this period, customers may have experienced connectivity or audio issues with trunking originating calls processed from Singapore or Frankfurt edge locations. The issue has now been resolved

      Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with Interconnect One Way Audio Issue in Japan. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
