Let users request Gemini upgrades

You can choose to let users request a Gemini for Google Workspace license. Super admins receive an email when a request is submitted and can choose whether to purchase a license in the Admin console. 

This setting is enabled by default. However, you can disable user requests for Gemini: 

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

   Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

   Sign in to your Google Admin console.

   Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

2. Go to AccountAccount settingsGemini for Google WorkspaceUser-requested upgrades.
3. Uncheck the box for Allow users to request Gemini licenses. 
4. Click Save.
