If you are encountering issues with any of your transactions done on or after July 18th, the money would've most likely been credited to the recipient. The updated status of your transaction is now available on the GPay app. You can confirm this from the latest bank statement of the recipient from the date of transaction till today.

  1. On your mobile device, open the Google Pay app .
  2. At the top right, tap your Profile picture.
  3. Scroll and tap Settings and then Sign out.

Tips:

  • Your Google Pay account remains active after the account is removed from the device.
  • The UPI IDs or VPAs you created through Google Pay are still linked to your bank.
