Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience in swim lesson instruction or year-round coaching is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

Schedule:

1. Set up squad guidelines. Plan and schedule all UVAC swim team programs

3. Provide written evaluations of coaches and programs at the end of short and long course seasons

The right candidate will not only have exceptional coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, but will also be able to handle administrative tasks that could include, but are not limited to, Team/Coach Travel Planning, Meet Management Duties (Meet Manager), Team Apparel Acquisition, Team Schedule Management, Website Management, etc.

Ensworth Aquatics is a bronze medal club of more than 250 athletes from all across the Nashville Metro Area.  Our team is the sole club team utilizing an indoor, 50-Meter pool with an additional teaching pool out of which the Ensworth Swim School operates, providing a feeder system to the club.
