Hosting a Disrupt Side Event is your chance to become a part of TechCrunch Disrupt 2024 and engage with over 10,000 Disrupt attendees, your networks, and the Bay Area tech community. The Disrupt Side Event is an initiative where you can host an in-person, tech-community-focused event in San Francisco from October 26 – November 1 in affiliation with TechCrunch Disrupt 2024 (October 28- October 30).
You can host a variety of activities like industry meetups, VC office hours, workshops, fun runs and happy hours, and more! Let your imagination run wild.
As the host, you are responsible for managing your event’s registration/registration page, promotions, creative, operations, insurance, costs, etc. However, there is no cost/fee to be a part of TechCrunch Disrupt Side Event lineup. Full T&Cs here & read our guide here.

For Disrupt Side Event, we are prioritizing the following dates October 26 – November 1, 2024
For events occurring on conference days (October 28-30), we will only accept evening events starting at 5:00pm PT. All other dates are not time restricted.
As a benefit to your networks, we will provide you with a discount promo code on passes that you can share with your networks and for your team.
We are prioritizing single events per host.
At this time, we are only accepting in-person/live events in San Francisco.
Yes, all events must be in San Francisco.
As the event host, you are responsible for developing your event idea, executing it, paying for all costs associated with the event, promoting it, managing registrations, managing your event landing page/registration form, managing event communications, and any other operations or legal issues surrounding your event.
