As a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in IT and 6 years in the business sector within the banking industry, I have developed a profound understanding of the essential alignment between IT and business functions. My career journey underscores the importance of integrating competencies and perspectives across both domains to achieve a unified goal.

My experience spans a variety of technical and managerial roles. I have been instrumental in setting IT strategies, managing processes and projects, and leading diverse technical teams. Notably, I headed the IT division of a prominent bank, KT Bank AG, in Germany. These roles provided invaluable insights that facilitated my transition into the bank's strategy sector.

In my current role as Head of the Digital Transformation and Innovation Team, I oversee Innovation, the Data and Analytics Governance Office, Open Banking, and the Incubation/Acceleration Center. I thrive in an environment that encourages continuous learning and adaptation.

- Conducted assessments of the bank's digital transformation maturity using our proprietary model, leading to the proposal and implementation of various digital projects.

- Collaborated with over 90 Fintechs and institutions, developing nearly 400 APIs with IT teams to enhance our digital capabilities.

- Engaged with startups to offer value-added services and foster an innovative ecosystem.

- Integrated Data and Analytics Governance within the bank, establishing an analytical roadmap, governance platforms, and data quality initiatives.

- Promoted a culture of innovation through idea management, cultural transformation, and the application of innovation methodologies.

- Researched and communicated emerging digital banking trends to prepare our business teams for the future landscape of banking.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am passionate about education. I lecture on digital transformation, innovation, financial technologies, IT Service Management (ITIL), CoBiT, project management, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies at universities and various institutions.
