Shift into Autumn with an intentional women-only weekend retreat at the scenic Canyon Lake.
Co-led by Cassandra Fauss of Mobile Om Yoga and Cherie Sisneros of Somatic Sound and Balance, this soulful getaway is an opportunity to tune into yourself and tune up your mind, body and spirit through mindful movement, sound healing, SUP and sisterhood.
