Terence Seah, Benoy Director and Head of Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shenzhen, recently spoke at the HALIGI 8 Lecture Series, organized by the National University College of Architecture in Manila, Philippines. The event, held on September 4, 2024, at Aliw Theater in Pasay City, Metro Manila, drew over 750 industry experts and aspiring architects. His presentation, "Psychology of Experiential Architecture: How Design Influences Shopper Behaviour," focused on how multisensory integration in #architecture enhances #humaninteraction with the #builtenvironment. He also discussed evolving customer preferences and shifting retail trends, emphasizing #architectural strategies that foster engagement, discovery, and #community. How do you create the ultimate customer engagement experience? In 2019, Benoy North America was appointed to help create a flagship Rolling Stones store on a landmark corner of Carnaby Street in London. As we celebrate its 4th anniversary — the first of its kind on Carnaby Street — we’ve invited Paola Marques, Head of North America, to share key lessons from the project and provide top tips for creating an immersive and memorable #retailexperience. RS No.9 (9 Carnaby St) is a fully immersive store that features exclusive collaborations, new merchandise, and the band's latest music releases. The project was a partnership with Bravado International Group and Universal Music Group. Discover how Benoy celebrated the band's legacy by creating a multi-use space that serves as a gallery, fan zone, event space, and on-stage experience: https://lnkd.in/eQk8pYT7 #RetailDesign #StoreDesign #RollingStones #CarnabyStreet
