As part of the Volunteer Engagement Working Group, you’ll review and develop processes to support and improve the volunteer experience and develop strategies to enhance volunteer recruitment, development, and retention. If you’re passionate about volunteerism and have knowledge of volunteer management, community building, or human resources, help CISV engage volunteers more meaningfully and further our mission of building intercultural understanding.
