Successfully completed the installation & commissioning of an AHU providing positive air pressure to our clients high risk production areas. A Trane heat pump provided 112kW of cooling & 95kW of heating. The coastal location of the equipment was assessed during the design review and in order to protect against corrosion both the Chiller & AHU were upgraded to a marine specification.

Clover builds relief depot in 22 days Detailed design and project planning enabled the construction of a 7,500 m3 temporary chill store in quick time to ensure our clients operational requirements were met. Acting as principal contractor Clover provided full time site project management ensuring that all critical programme milestones were achieved, resulting in a successful project delivered on time.

Clover Technical Services are near successful completion of a R744 (CO2) system for an existing multi temperature discipline distribution centre for our key customer.   Utilising dual temperature direct expansion CO2, with Hot Gas defrosting for air coolers, heat recovery for a glycol based underfloor heater mat.   All mechanical and electrical designs in house to meet our customers requirements.

A team of 40 people from the UK Convenience and Wholesale sector are taking on the Vietnam Cycle Challenge. They are cycling over 400 kilometres, up gruelling hills, down dusty, gravel tracks in the intense heat of Southeast Asia. They are doing all this to raise funds for MAG – The Mines Advisory Group. Every day, around the world, 19 people are killed or injured by landmines or unexploded bombs and half of the civilian casualties are children. Our Service team recently carried out the Omni control panel upgrade to 3 off Grasso reciprocating compressors operating on Ammonia. A standard Ethernet interface was provided that enables the use of wireless technology and smart phone or tablet viewing capability. Enabling our service teams to access the control system remotely offering added benefits during out of hours support to the client.

Project continues to progress well with the delivery and installation of the 2 off gas coolers. Adiabatic function offers increased efficiency when using Co2 refrigeration systems.

Clover have received delivery of 2No. dual temperature R744 packages and currently lifting into position – great day for it. This will help maintain reliable refrigeration to one of our key accounts regional distribution centre with the use of natural refrigerant CO2.
