Being given the opportunity to experiment with different formats as well as the trust to explore these avenues has been exciting… but also daunting. There are definitely days when I wonder if people will suddenly realize I shouldn’t be doing this, and yes, there are days where I make mistakes! But then I remind myself that this path is not only the most exciting but also leads to the most growth, and I’m surrounded by people who believe in me. … and that’s why when Tim Bowers says that everyone at Halo should experience Imposter Syndrome, I completely agree - it can lead to amazing opportunities! This weekend as #McLarenRacing's technology partner #HaloITSM / #HaloPSA had a Pirelli Hot Laps car delivering the ultimate F1 track ride-along experience for our guests - with Lando Norris handy to grab a few photos together! Making a Swift visit to the ExCeL London 🎶 This week we’re at SITS - The Service Desk & IT Support Show for the 17th year in a row, where we’re launching our new 2-way RMM integration with NinjaOne and HaloPSA - where we came together to celebrate this new release alongside our friends at Huntress at F1® Arcade in St. Pauls. 🏎️💨 With the new improved integration with Ninja compounded with Halo’s AI tech, we’ll be able to auto-determine the fix for any new service desk ticket by leveraging the data from your old closed similar tickets. We can then use AI to suggest which device requires the fix, and then reach back into Ninja to run a script against the device to self resolve the ticket in Halo in real time - fully automating service desk tickets resolved by RMM scripts. This marks a new level of integration between NinjaOne and HaloPSA.
