Our Branches have being going above and beyond in July to help their local communities and make a difference! 👏 Hays Travel Wisbech: The branch organised a fundraising day in aid of Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) which included a cake sale, raffle and activities for children outside of the branch which was a great way to get everyone involved! Their amazing efforts managed to raise them an incredible £472 which will make a huge impact to the lives of people living with MNDA as well as their families. Hays Travel Halesowen: In aid of CozyCoats, the branch organised an Around the World Fun Day to raise money for an amazing local charity which works with underprivileged children to supply them warm coats during the winter. With various activities going on such as world flag design competition alongside a raffle and bake sale. In total the branch raised an amazing £205 for this impactful charity which will have a great impact on the children in the local area. Hays Travel Paignton: The branch took on the challenge to complete Pretty Muddy 5K, this event is in aid of Cancer Research UK, a charity dedicated to saving lives and have the mission to prevent, control and cure cancer throughout their research. The 5K event included many obstacles along the way all surrounded by mud. Completing the challenged raised the branch £240 which will go towards life saving research. A huge well done and thank you to these branches for their hard work to raise this money in aid of incredible charities and helping support their local communities! 🧡💙

🧡 Our very own Kaigan Lewis has been selected to join TTG's 30 Under 30 'Class of 2024! 💙 Each year TTG choose a group of 30 people of the brightest young minds in the travel industry to join the programme. From over 100 nominations are entries Kaigan has earned his place in this years group! 🌟 This is a massive achievement and throughout the year Kaigan and the other rising stars will be invited to exclusive networking dinners, to meet with senior leaders from the industry and to many other social occasions to learn from each other and be inspired by some of the most successful people in travel. ✈️ ✨ Here's what Kaigan said about his amazing achievement: "I am delighted to have been nominated to represent Hays Travel in this year’s TTG Top 30 Under 30. If you had told me ten years ago when I started as an apprentice, I wouldn’t have believed you! The company really does invest in its people." “I’m really excited to hear from industry leaders, my TTG 30 Under 30 peers, and guest speakers. It will take my career to new heights and hopefully provide lots of motivation for me to continue to develop myself and my team.” Kaigan started at Hays Travel as an apprentice in 2014 and since then he found a real flair and love for people development and became learning and development coach at head office. 😍 From there Kaigan has progressed once again in 2023 and was asked to join a newly formed Ancillary Sales Team as a Business Development Executive. After less than a year in this role, Kaigan was promoted to national Ancillary Sales Business Development Manager. 🎉 A huge congratulations to Kaigan, we are all very proud of you! ❤️
