Agung Lestari joined IHG Hotels & Resorts in 2021 as an intern within the housekeeping department at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach 🏖️ Fast-forward three years, and she is now - proudly - a permanent member of the team. Every September, IHG Hotels & Resorts celebrates Giving For Good month as part of our Journey To Tomorrow commitment to improving the lives of 30 million people in our communities around the world. This year we hope it’s going to be the biggest and best yet!   So, as our colleagues and hotels across our estate fight the good fight, we felt it was only right to share some of the work already done in recent years…   🎁 Avid hotels Tijuana – Otay: Donated essentials to 27 senior residents at Serenidad Retirement House. 🌱 Holiday Inn Express Austin NW - Arboretum Area: Volunteered with Urban Roots to plant new crops and support food equity. 💼 voco Dubai The Palm: Hosted a ‘CV and Interviewing Skills Training’ event to empower job seekers. 🎓 Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport: Trained 125 students in hospitality skills with Visan Foundation. 🍎 InterContinental New York: Partnered with NY Common Pantry to collect and redistribute food to those in need. 🛍️ Atlanta Ravinia Corporate Office: Over 100 colleagues came together to make school snack packs, which included a note of encouragement for each student.   To all our colleagues doing good, use the hashtag #IHGGivingForGood
