We’re excited to announce that Pact Coffee launched today at one of our flagship locations. This partnership means that our exclusive Cafeina blend will be served at another of our sites, strengthening our collaboration with the Cafeina Collective.  Founded in 2019, the Cafeina Cooperative is made up of 1,868 passionate female coffee farmers in Brazil. Their goal is to empower, inspire, and support women in the coffee industry. Every cup of Cafeina coffee served here will help to support their mission, allowing them to recruit new members, offer ongoing training, and continue to elevate women in coffee. It's fantastic to see our Head Pastry Chef, Natalie Sheridan, participating in such inspiring events aimed at empowering young, aspiring female chefs. A huge well done to Natalie and the Future Female Chef team!

We had an amazing time yesterday at the London Hospitality Festival, kicking things off with a softball tournament that brought out our competitive side. The tournament was a blast and provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow hospitality professionals in our vibrant industry. Our Lexington team also put together an incredible spread that kept everyone fueled throughout the day. Overall, it was a fantastic day—thank you, London Hospitality Festival for having us! 🥎 🥙

We’re thrilled to share that our very own Ace Pitogo is a finalist in this year’s Contract Catering Magazine StrEATfood Awards! Ace will be showing off his signature street food dish, the ‘Lechon Bad Boy Pandesal with Torun’ — an exciting twist on the classic Filipino pandesal. We can’t wait to cheer him on at the finals on October 8th. Huge congrats to Ace and all the other finalists on this amazing achievement!

We recently visited the renowned H. Forman & Son smokehouse in Fish Island, East End. Since 1905, this iconic family business has set the standard for curing and smoking fish, with a dedication to the craft that's truly inspiring. Our chefs saw firsthand where the premium ingredients we proudly serve come from. The craftsmanship behind their world-famous smoked salmon, including the meticulous hand-removal of every bone, really stood out. Everything is made to order and tailored to each client, ensuring a bespoke experience. We also explored the kitchen where over 1,200 specialties are crafted for top establishments worldwide. A fantastic day—huge thanks to Lloyd and the Forman team for hosting us!
