With over 20 years’ recruitment experience between us, we’ve worked across many different markets and a broad range of disciplines. In all of these, the underlying commonality has been change and transformation. Whilst there are many recruitment companies with Transformation & Change desks, there are very few for whom it is their sole focus. We believe there is a gap in the market for such a company.     Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) £1,500pd outside IR 35 - Dynamic Turnaround Opportunity, Manufacturing Hampshire/ Surrey with travel to Europe Company: A rapidly evolving manufacturing organization in need of strategic leadership to navigate through a period of transition and transformation. Role and Responsibilities: As the Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), you will spearhead the critical initiatives aimed at reviving the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. Reporting into the CEO and the Family Office representatives on the Board, your responsibilities will include: Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the financial landscape, identifying areas of distress, and developing and executing a robust restructuring plan in conjunction Leading complex negotiations with creditors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to restructure debt, refinance agreements, and establish a more sustainable financial framework. Implementing operational restructuring strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize resource allocation. Spearheading change management initiatives to drive cultural and organizational transformation within the company, ensuring alignment with the new strategic direction. Acting as a key liaison between the board of directors, investors, and other key stakeholders, delivering transparent and insightful reporting on restructuring progress and milestones achieved. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record as a senior executive in leading successful corporate restructuring efforts, with a demonstrated history of navigating organizations through crisis and transformation. Expertise in financial analysis, debt restructuring, and operational optimization within a dynamic business environment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to inspire confidence during challenging times. The successful candidate will: Develop and continually refine a comprehensive financial strategy and implement tactics to support the vision andmission of the organization through an understanding of the key drivers of the organization. Direct the interpretation of operating results as they affect the financial aspects of the corporation and makerecommendations that facilitate the organization in achieving the agreed upon financial strategy. Direct the planning and administration of cash management activities, cooperate with line leadership in coordinatingexpenditure programs with forecasted cash flow. Responsible for mergers and acquisitions including analysis of viability, creating pro forma financial projections,conducting due diligence, liaising with attorneys, and reviewing legal documents. Assist in the business development arena to ensure appropriate financial analysis is provided to other areas in theorganization to facilitate decision-making.
