Chilterns Ridgeway Ramble completed! Well 27km of it! On Friday 21 June, the team headed off to walk the Chilterns to raise money for six chosen charities. This Friday the Picton team will be walking 23km of the Chiltern Ridgeway in support of six fantastic charities chosen by the team; Cardiac Risk in the Young, Katherine Low Settlement, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, MS Society, London's Air Ambulance Charity and The Ehlers-Danlos Support UK. These charities all work to make a difference in the lives of countless individuals and the team thought the best way to celebrate our Finance Director, Andrew Dewhirst's retirement, was to raise as much support and awareness for these valuable causes. Today we announced our annual results to 31 March 2024. We have increased EPRA earnings and our portfolio has outperformed the MSCI UK Quarterly Property Index for the eleventh consecutive year. We are pleased to confirm the sale of our second largest office asset – Angel Gate, London EC1. Post Covid, the team has worked hard to obtain residential planning and permitted development rights through the removal of Article 4 restrictions, making an unconditional sale possible. The transaction enables us to repay floating rate debt and improve EPRA earnings. With thanks to CBRE, DLA Piper and H PLANNING LTD in particular.
