We are delighted to announce that Pioneer Europe Limited has been acquired by Anagram International LLC and will begin operating as Anagram International Ltd. t\a Anagram Europe in July 2024. Anagram Europe will now represent the Anagram balloon range for the EMEA region. The company will transition to a new name but will continue to offer all of the Qualatex product held in stock in the UK, plus further Qualatex product deliveries scheduled. All Pioneer Europe contact telephone numbers and email addresses will remain the same for the short term. Your Account Managers will begin reaching out over the next week to give further updates. You may have seen various posts in the last 24 hours regarding Qualatex. We felt it was important to give you all an update of the position from Pioneer Europe. We want you to know we are working extremely hard to try to secure a future for Qualatex products, and retail and education programmes, with key discussions still being held. As you can appreciate, there have been many significant changes in a very short period of time, meaning much is still to be finalised, but please be assured, as soon as we have good news to share, we will. In the meantime, you may have seen our recent announcement that Pioneer Europe has been acquired by Anagram International LLC, and will now be trading as Anagram Europe. In addition to the Anagram range, we are authorised to continue to represent the Qualatex brand in EMEA and offer for sale all available stocks of Qualatex products, including latex, Microfoil™ and Bubble balloons, with further deliveries on the way to us.
