To enable this, we continually reflect on how the communications landscape is evolving and the key specialists, services and products we have within the business to ensure that we consistently bring superior value - an uncompromising approach to identifying gaps in our talent portfolio and services to ensure we bring you the best creative and strategic counsel.    With this in mind, we are delighted to share that the SEEN Group business has recently made changes to its management team with the hire of María Llanos, MPS as Senior Vice President, Marketing.   Maria Llanos joins SEEN Group with over 18-years’ experience working in the luxury beauty sector.  Maria is a highly experienced brand builder and marketeer. Prior to accepting the role at SEEN, Maria held positions at Live Tinted, NARS and L’Oréal. Her innate understanding of creative strategy and social content, and its power when implemented effectively and optimized for top, mid and low funnel needs, we believe will bring a wealth of knowledge to the SEEN Group Business and the brands with whom we work.    Maria has an international working and academic background spanning the US, UK, Spain and Sweden. She will be based in SEEN Group New York, but Maria’s leadership will support UK, US and other international markets as SEEN Group expands.     Maria will partner Melissa Sansone, US Managing Director, to lead the US Business, with a strong focus on implementing new strategic services and solutions that further boost the brand we work with. Alongside business service growth, Maria will lead the growth and development of Community X SEEN (CXS), SEEN Group’s influencer marketing services for North America and new markets.    "I am delighted to join SEEN Group in New York, bringing my proven passion for beauty to a vibrant and innovative agency.     We are honored to have worked with L'Oréal on such an important initiative: the Stand Up against street harassment program. Our Brand Experience team, SEEN BX, has been proud to bring this impactful campaign to life at festivals across the UK this summer. We transformed a vintage Airstream into a mobile education centre, complete with a striking red visual wrapper designed to capture the attention of festivalgoers. Inside, we installed phone charging stations and educational learning pods, creating an inviting space for visitors to engage with the Stand Up program. This innovative setup allowed us to effectively deliver the campaign's message while providing a practical and attractive experience for festival attendees. The tour kicked off in Ireland this June and has continued across 5 festivals in Sheffield, Derby, Cornwall, and London. Next stop: All Points East in Victoria Park, London Dates: August 16-18 and 23-25. At each event, visitors were encouraged to complete the Stand Up Against street harassment training. This educational program equips both women and men with five simple yet effective tools to safely intervene when witnessing or experiencing street harassment. We're privileged to play a role in this crucial initiative, helping create safer spaces for everyone to enjoy.     High-shine gloss, even higher IRL impact.    Celebrating Living Proof, Inc.'s newest innovation, Beauty SEEN and SEEN BX joined forces to produce two curated dinner events for media and influencers in New York and Los Angeles.   In New York, our integrated communications specialists within Beauty SEEN strategically crafted a dynamic invite list to optimize product coverage and achieve competitive earned media results. Editors and influencers alike were invited to “frost themselves” a la the classic 2000s rom-com through adorning themselves with Simon G’s luxury collection or an exclusive gift of their very own James Allen diamonds and Lelet hair accessories. Our team of global production experts in SEEN BX led the creative production in Los Angeles to offer the most elevated backdrop for creators and their content. The multidimensional event production, synergistically matching in both locations, underscored High-Shine Gloss’ promise for diamond-level hair. The hugely shareable events were hosted at each city’s most enviable locations; Caviar Kaspia and Sunset Tower and décor elements heroed priority product messaging of vibrancy and ultimate shine.    In New York, Stephanie Deluca, Director of Brand Marketing, along with Mitchell Ramazon, celebrity hairstylist and Living Proof stylist ambassador, guided guests through next-leve product benefits, while Yumi Chan, Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing + Digital Content hosted creators in Los Angeles.
