We grew our revenue sustainably by understanding the main metrics that needed to increase. To achieve this we: 1. Set targets. 2. Reverse engineer those targets into actions. 3. Complete actions in 2-week sprints. Growth can cause inefficiencies meaning you have to do more to get a relatively equal result. Figure A - cash collected (Xero).
