We are delighted to have provided funding to support the leadership team at JLES Group with a share acquisition and EMI for the management team.   Founded in 2004 in response to a recognised need in the housing industry for a professional specialist contracting company, JLES offers consultancy, project management and construction solutions to public and private sector clients across the UK.   Following growth capital from ThinCats in 2020, JLES has gone from strength to strength and is well positioned to capitalise on new market opportunities.   Now approaching its 20th birthday, this new funding is an investment to secure the next 20 years of the business by backing the leadership team who have driven growth and have an ambitious vision for the future.   Tom Jessop and Kat Man led the funding team at ThinCats. We are delighted to have provided a significant #funding facility to support Private equity firm CORDOVAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED's #acquisition of insulation and solar PV installation provider BlueBuild Energy Ltd.    BlueBuild provides #sustainable #energy solutions to both domestic and commercial customers including a range of internal and external insulation services and solar PV installations. Operating out of Newtownards, Northern Ireland and Dublin, Republic of Ireland, the group provides its services across the Island of Ireland and mainland GB. The company will also receive significant additional support from Cordovan as it enters the next phase of an already exciting #growth story.
