We recently had the pleasure of co-hosting a Fundraising Regulation Seminar with the Scottish Fundraising Adjudication Panel and what a success it was! The seminar was led by Debbie McIlwraith Cameron, David Smith, and Rose Younger in our Charity Law Team, as well as Morna Black and her colleagues from the Scottish Fundraising Adjudication Panel. Together, we: - Explored the latest updates in fundraising regulations and guidance, discussed how complaints are handled, and provided a refresher on the relevant legislation and legal duties; - Discussed real-life case studies delivered by both parties - Engaged in a lively Q&A with attendees A big thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussions. #Fundraising #CharitiesSeminar

The Buccleuch Property Challenge is the ultimate team-building adventure of 6 hours of mountain biking, orienteering and running. Congratulations to Catherine Sloan, Andrew Robertson and Elle Picken who formed the Turcan Connell team at the 2024 Buccleuch Property Challenge, raising funds in the fight against youth homelessness.
