She revitalised older systems and business methods to align with newly implemented processes and business objectives. This effort resulted in improved Resource Management processes that bolstered utilisation, productivity, and efficiency from sales to project completion. Selina's unique skillset includes a people-centric approach, strategic thinking, and financial acumen, all of which she utilises to improve operational performance, facilitate business expansion, and cultivate a positive work environment. That’s a wrap on London Tech Week 2024! It’s been an incredible few days at Olympia and whether we met you or not, we hope you left feeling inspired about the art of the possible. There was a myriad of conversations and new ideas sparked throughout Tech Week this year, not unexpectedly around AI.
