Your marketing assumptions clash with customer feedback. How will you navigate this conflicting feedback?
Customer feedback is everything to a marketer, especially at the early stages of a biz. If you have a call centre, listen to calls, if you operate customer service on email, or chatbots, read the responses and the replies. You’ll learn a lot via qualitative dives and it will help you market better. Then get binary and see what stands out in the data as opportunities to refine your proposition and messaging. Word cloud tools are so useful for this. As are any number of new, smart AI tools that will do the heavy lifting on sentiment. What are the things people keep saying? Tweak your proposition, your marketing, and your product copy to reflect what your customer wants, or is concerned about. Your conversion rate will thank you.
