“I've been fortunate enough to spend the last month in Eric's Peak Performance Program. The program is designed to help you become the best version of yourself and unlock your potential. The structure the program provides to do just that is excellent and has already made a big impact for me both personally and professionally. The program really highlighted for me a number of areas that I can choose to improve to help me be the best version of myself and in particular I would say being intentionally about what I do and how I spend my time has been key. I also found the work on creating the identity of the person we want to become really useful. Eric has been fantastic, he has a really calm way of sharing his knowledge and experience that helps you understand the concepts. Whilst I have come across some of the concepts previously, the way Eric has put them together into an implementable structure has made the difference between knowing and understanding. An added bonus has been meeting the other cohort members and being part of a community supporting each other and sharing our own experiences and challenges has enabled me to get so much more from the experience that I would otherwise have done. A big thank you to Eric and has team and to my fellow cohort team.”
