Following the outstanding success of the London managed print service project I replaced all of the equipment in the London office with new models and began a project to roll out secure managed print services to out global estate.

Building on the rollout of MS Teams the need for enhanced collaboration spaces was realised.

Project entailed evaluation of various devices followed by a roll out of high quality audio and video devices starting with our Head and larger offices.

User feedback has been stellar giving confidence to continue with a global rollout.

Once the business had made the decision and committed budget I set about a rapid evaluation of devices which would suit a remote user base but also work well when transitioning back to an office or hybrid working environment. Worked with various vendors and key stakeholders to make rapid decisions to deliver a transformational project.

Replaced on prem SKYPE with a hybrid O365 TEAMS environment. Utilising the tactical input of a trusted vendor to augment in house skill base to deliver the latest collaboration platform.

The implementation has been transformational across the entire business and provided a catalyst for hybrid working and enhanced meeting room facilities.
