We have recently lead the company through a complete rebrand, forming the style and voice of the company and its subsidiaries. This fresh and contemporary look has set the company in good stead for the coming future as we expand into new markets and sectors.

Major ground up revision of our corporate system to use the latest technologies, faster more efficient video uploading and processing, responsive flat design user interface, more robust analytics gathering more information, personalisation on more than just names, such as product, location or language. Also many many changes to back end systems to make then faster, more efficient and less error prone.

We created a personalised campaign to send out to 200,000 dogs trust patrons. It fostered awareness of the charity and provided a feel good factor with video footage of 'talking' dogs Alfie and poppy. They fronted the campaign which also aimed to raise extra funding.

We had to create and produce an interesting and attention grabbing, internal staff messaging campaign for Bauer Media.
The intention was to inform, inspire and invoke creativity.
Bauer Media Week is a week of events for Bauer people, guest speakers will give live talks and by sharing stories, case studies and examples of innovative practices, will encourage Bauer people to do the same.

We created a campaign for Hutchinson 3G mobile network, that alerted every customer that 4G services had arrived in the area where they lived and that they could update to these services free of cahrge. This message was delivered by the CEO in a humourous and fun office like environment.

A high performance RESTful API created using Phalcon Framework and MongoDB with the initial purpose of handling all video creation and management for our Small Enterprise Application with the scope to be used by future Ceem applications. The API includes an automated back-end scaling infrastructure using cloud servers to adapt the demand at any given time.

Creating a system to meet the needs to smaller businesses to send video messages, allowing them to film their own content, upload their customers or import them from popular email services, create unique microsites from handy templates directing traffic to business web pages and of course create personalised messages.

Update of the existing corporate system to enhance performance allowing us to send out very large batches of links without any noticeable impact on user experience. Also allowed us to implement the use of newer technologies such as cloud hosting, scaling up additional resources with virtual machines when needed and a CDN, along with the addition of campaign specific microsites to frame a video, a unique name matching system and more intuitive and user friendly interface.

Provides individual schools and ARK central office with summary data for school roll numbers, attendance, exclusions, SEN, FSM and Ethnicity with several options to breakdown and filter data by key groups such as academic houses and year groups.

Specification, design and support of web based data reporting system. Provides individual schools and ARK central office with summary data for school roll numbers, attendance, exclusions, SEN, FSM and Ethnicity with several options to breakdown and filter data by key groups such as academic houses and year groups.

Since ARKportal was first implemented there have been several iterations to introduce new features and functionality requested by both individual schools and the ARK central education team. There were also several optimisations of the database to allow the quick retrieval of data without the need to cache large datasets.

The system was built on SQL database back end which integrated with the school MIS system to retrieve data and a PHP based front end to provide web pages to end users. ARKportal also made extensive use of Google charts and maps APIs to provide graphical representations of data. Weniger anzeigen

This included configuration of SQL back end databases, provision of client and web based software to end users, specification and arrangement of training, conducting training sessions, ensuring all relevant academic student data was converted and imported into systems and available for use prior to first day of term. There were many other aspects that were taken in to account such as the integration of third party systems, configuration of the ARK standard assessment models, configuration of behaviour systems as well as managing MIS related communications with schools and related project documentation.
