How can you improve collaboration between team members?
Peer to peer recognition is powerful. Internal awards, cards, email communications and social posts are a great way to strengthen working relationships as well as keep people informed about the value individuals bring to their wider group. If companies can share these initiatives externally, it can also be a great way to attract new talent in to the business.

What are some creative ways to cut costs without sacrificing quality in a live event?
Transparency is key! Most venues worth their salt will want to help ensure your spend on meeting space, catering & services is proportionate. Provide as much information as you can at the early stage of a negotiation and let the venue co-build the budget with you.

How can you improve collaboration between team members?
Be really clear in your language and don’t make any assumptions about the level of knowledge and confidence that your colleagues have in relation to the project or task you are collaborating on. Create a safe space to ask questions and challenge thinking.
