    - Responsible for the general running of the Gift Shop on Sunday mornings. In this role, it was my responsibility to open up the shop and serve customers.
    - Helped to create attractive displays, restock and price items, and made notes of products that were selling well or poorly, feeding this information back to my manager.

Myself and a group of 6 other graduates organised and managed a social media training day for 20 young people.
We produced a presentation on how social media can be a fantastic tool for job-searching and the dos and don'ts of using it. We then conducted a workshop on creating a LinkedIn account, using Twitter for job searching and creating your own blog with Wordpress.

  • Graduate Project

In August 2016, the graduates at BGL Group were split into two teams for an Apprentice style project with the question of 'How do we attract the best graduates to BGL?'. The graduate board requested an agency style presentation on a creative recruitment strategy for the organisation.
For this, I volunteered to lead our team of three members and we were successful in winning the competition, receiving excellent feedback from assessors. My key contributions were a self-made recruitment video…

For this, I volunteered to lead our team of three members and we were successful in winning the competition, receiving excellent feedback from assessors. My key contributions were a self-made recruitment video for use on social media, a 'Meerkat Mail' idea of sending out personalised letters with meerkat toys to candidates as opposed to generic LinkedIn messages, and a brief for our own BGL Marketing Case Study Competition.

Volunteered to manage the graduate Facebook and Instagram channels alongside my daily role.
For this, I created a 5-month content plan, took the lead on brainstorming meetings with the other graduates, and delegated blogs for the website.
I also write the copy for our infographics, brief our in-house designers to create them, and allocate the social spend for images and paid amplification. I ensure to review and edit all the graduate blogs from both our year and the year below in order…
