“Louise was one of my first and most rememberable trainees. This is because of her eagerness to learn, unbeatable positivity and bubbly personality. Since the very start she was a quick learner. This was clearly illustrated by her making her first deal during her very first week on a phone. She has been consistently making deals and soon started coaching the new joiners in the company. She was always keen to keep growing her skill set and asking for additional sales lessons. She would work on her technique during her spare time and she is always looking for ways to improve her performance. She has also generously shared her knowledge with others and did a couple of sessions on various sales topics for the rest of the business development team. ”
