Every project is different so move with priorities. Allocating resources means cash so balance long and short term out come. Be very clear wit your team and give them clear guidelines to work properly and efficiently. Be ready to stop the project If it would undermine the result of more important ones.

Mindset is not important, it is everything in your entrepreneurial journey. Only if you have the right mindset will you succeed. There are too many adversary moments that will define your path to success, and only if your mind is set to nothing will stop me and whatever needed I will find the way until I will succeed, you will get what you want. If not, you will probably give up one day, and you will never reach your ultimate goals.

Pitch is not simple, especially if you have just a few minutes. So focus on what is needed and put your feet in the investors shoes. They are not probably as knowledgeable as you are so make things simple. What to cover? Problem, Solution, Why you? Market size and Market fit and how you make money. Your aim? To go to a followup call with your investor, there you will have more time to be more precise and cover more of your venture. Good Luck

Risk management and constant planning are the answers. There is no way you can avoid problems but if you have a clear strategy in place you will reduce their impact and you will be able to adopt any contingency plan if needed.

NEVER GIVE UP UNTIL ALL YOU CAN TRY IS DONE. Give to you a budget and a time. Be reasonable, and be focused on what matters. If what you think doesn't work, pivot, and try again. Keep an eye on your cash as without it you're out. Develop, test and learn, go back to develop again until the market fit is not there. Maybe you are wrong so pivot again until you have cash, hope and the right attitude. You cannot do it forever unless you start seeing some good signals, so if nothing really happens, then close it and start a new company with a new idea. If you are an entrepreneur you will give up on that idea not on you being an entrepreneur. LEARN TO START OVER, AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL SUCCESS WILL COME.

When launching your idea, you need just an MVP. You will never know when it is actually ready. What you have to know if it is good enough to be launched and start getting feedback from the market. From them continue to build. Never be scared of not being good enough for the market, EVER. It is the biggest mistake you can make.
