Shakira brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and most recently, was a senior associate for claims management in the Northeast Construction Practice of WTW, where she assisted contractors and developers develop and implement their claims programs. Shakira holds a Master of Business Administration from Trident University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
